HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT?

To file a complaint or report, the Metropolitan Taxi Institute (IMT) will require that the user provide specific information on the taxi in which the service object of the complaint was given.

At the end of a route, always ask the taxi driver for a receipt with the following information: taxi driver information, the license number, national tax identification number, the vehicle plate number, the price of the route, the date of service, the driver’s signature.

How to file a complaint?

To file a complaint or report on the taxi service in the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, follow the steps below:

1. Fill in the corresponding form, which you will find in the submenu.

2. Print and sign two copies of the form.

3. Submit the duly completed and signed form to the registry of the Metropolitan Taxi Institute, either personally or by post, preferably certified post, addressed to the Institut Metropolità del Taxi, Carrer 62 núm. 18 - Zona Franca - 08040 Barcelona.
